Cameliastreet.org : A neighborhood blog devoted to quality of life issues for those living and working in west Berkeley, CA. Topics we typically cover: present and past development and land use, crime, politics, economics, neighborhood activism, environmental health, local arts and events, and the occasion restaurant review. While this form of media can never replace the satisfaction of exchanging information with neighbors over your backyard fence, we believe site specific blogging such as this is another valuable form of civic glue.
