Inside Flint Ink

Apparently the old Flint Ink site at 4th and Gilman is a photographer’s dream….if you’ve ever wanted to know what the interior looks like, peruse some of these photo collections:

Or for a little bit of history, view the Berkeley Architectural Association’s Flink Ink page.
Still no word on what is to become of the former ink factory sites.

i am the former manager of the berkeley plant ,i recently walked around the plant and was greatly dissappointed at its condition. i retired from cal ink at the end of 1984 and the plant was closed a few years later. hope the land can be cleared so that the blight can be removed.

But at this very moment I suffer with upon to credence in that the predominantly world is an enigma, a benign mystery that is made terrible via our own mad bid to take to mean it as despite the fact that it had an underlying truth.
