Loud Train Whistles

They are blowing the horns for safety? What a joke! More political BS. If so concerned for safety why are the speeding through my small densely populated city at excessive speeds running over cats (my cat) and dogs. They are covering there A**es in case on an accedent caused by there increasingly excessive speeds and poor tracks.
