Pacific Steel has finally handed over the emissions report to the BAAQMD

The real fun will begin once the carbon absorbtion unit is completed, and the odors continue unabated. Why won’t they be abated? Because PSC operates in open air, a circumstance which is against the law and yet is allowed to occur. Yes they have four walls and a roof, basically just an aluminum shell, but the massive 20′ x40′ doors and outdoor cooling of steel parts which results in off-gassing will cause the odors - and community poisoning - to continue.
