A third lawsuit against Pacific Steel Casting is underway
Requested emissions reports have still not been released, until they are, the BAAQMD intends to fine Pacific Steel $10,000 for every day they are overdue. Read more about it in the Planet. *There is a protest against Pacific Steel organized by neighborhood groups, scheduled for Sept. 16. More info will be posted on this as it becomes available.
