Oh No, CLIF Bar Don’t Go!
CLIF Bar’s facility on Fifth Street is no longer big enough to house their one hundred million dollar a year business. Read the Oakland Tribune Article about it here.
It will be a sad day in west berkeley if this business goes…. maybe they should move to the soon to be for sale Flint Ink site on Fifth and Gilman…or the old urban ore site on Sixth….or…..has anyone got other ideas?
That is too bad. The Urban Ore site is already taken by a diesel bus fleet, much rather have Clif though…
